Use machines and finishes their products by hand; we use traditional European methods thoughtout the baking process. This includes hand forming, using only
Direct flame ovens, and steam. These methods give our bread and roll the texture,
Flavor and form unique to hand processing.
We are dedicated to offering the highest level of service
Available. Our products are baked fresh daily, and only to order. We do not maintain, stock on hand. In this way we can assure our customers that they are delivered
Fresh baked products. We require that all orders be placed 24 hours in advance. The ORDER desk closes promptly at 3:30 PM for next day delivery. Any changes to your
Order cannot be accepted after the ORDER DESK has closed at 3:30PM. Only this
Way can we maintain a proper delivery schedule? On occasion, special delivery times
Can be arranged in advance. We deliver seven days a week. We are closed on 4 major holidays (JULY 4TH, THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS, AND NEW YEARS DAY.) Our customers will be notified of any additional closures. Schedules by memo's
Will be attached to your sales invoice, and or by telephone.
We offer reasonable credit terms to our customers upon receipt and acceptance
Of a completed credit application. Until your credit application has been processed, we
Ask that all orders placed and delivered be on a C.O.D basis.
